Investor Update
As we begin 2026, we wanted to share a brief update following the Special Meeting held on November 6, 2025. Subsequent to the approval of amendments to the Declaration of Trust (“DOT”), the Offering Memorandum (“OM”) has been updated to reflect these changes. In addition, related supporting documents, including the Investment Policy and Redemption Policy, have also been revised. Further details are outlined in the announcement linked below.
En ce début d'année 2026, nous souhaitons vous fournir une brève mise à jour à la suite de la réunion extraordinaire du 6 novembre et de l'adoption des modifications à la Déclaration de fiducie (« DDF »), le mémorandum d'offre (« MO ») a été mis à jour pour refléter ces changements, ainsi que d'autres documents à l'appui, y compris la politique d'investissement et la politique de rachats.
