Centurion Welcomes Carl Gomez as Chief Economist

Investor Update
As we begin 2026, we wanted to share a brief update following the Special Meeting held on November 6, 2025. Subsequent to the approval of amendments to the Declaration of Trust (“DOT”), the Offering Memorandum (“OM”) has been updated to reflect these changes. In addition, related supporting documents, including the Investment Policy and Redemption Policy, have also been revised. Further details are outlined in the announcement linked below.
