Boards of Trustees

At Centurion, strong corporate governance is the cornerstone of our business and the key to our success. The Trustees oversee the management of the business and affairs of the three funds in accordance with the Declaration of the Trust and applicable law. A Board Mandate has been adopted to help ensure the necessary framework to review and evaluate Centurion’s business operations; to make decisions and arrive at conclusions that are independent of management; and to align the interests of Trustees and Management with those of the Trust's Unitholders.

Centurion Apartment REIT Credit Committee

Centurion’s Credit Committee supports the Board of Directors by providing oversight of company policies and management activities relating to the identification, assessment, measurement, monitoring, and management of Centurion’s risk management framework credit policies. The Committee reviews new investments and approve, amend, or decline investment opportunities based on credit, market, operational, and legal risks.

Centurion Apartment REIT Acquisition Committee

The Apartment REIT Acquisition Committee provides strategic oversight for evaluating and approving all property acquisitions, ensuring each opportunity aligns with the REIT's objectives. Through rigorous due diligence and independent decision-making processes, the Committee maintains the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility while building a diversified, high-quality apartment portfolio.
