Centurion Apartment REIT Management Inc completes registration with Ontario Securities Commission

We are pleased to announce that the REITs asset management company, Centurion Apartment REIT Management Inc. has completed the registration process as an Exempt Market Dealer (EMD) with the Ontario Securities Commission.  The asset manager believes that this registration will assist the REIT to broaden its distribution network substantially and increase its investor base diversification over time.  With the registration complete, the asset manager is now moving towards completing the REITs FundSERV listing and then expanding its dealer network.
