Centurion Apartment REIT Launches on FundSERV Network

Centurion Apartment REIT is please to announce that the REIT has now gone live on the FundSERV network.  Management has been working for nearly seven months towards this launch and believes that it is a key aspect of the REITs growth going forward.  FundSERV is the network through which investment funds are distributed via investment dealers.  Management believes that expanding the REITs distribution via the investment dealer network will substantially increase the growth rate of the REIT, broaden the investor base and increase portfolio diversification over time to the benefit of all unitholders.
