Centurion Apartment REIT announces Strategic Joint Venture with Kingsett Capital

Centurion Apartment REIT is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic joint venture with Kingsett Capital on its property at 262-320 Kingswood Drive in Kitchener Ontario.  The previous partner, CA Bancorp, a publicly traded alternative asset manager, was in the process of realizing on their investment portfolio and Centurion arranged the sale of CA Bancorps interest to Kingsett Capital.  It is managements intention to look to expand the relationship with Kingsett Capital and other institutional partners through joint ventures on large apartment properties and portfolios to accelerate the realization of economies of scale and further broaden diversification for the REIT.
