Temporary Capping of Centurion Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT")

Centurion REIT will temporarily cap new subscriptions as of January 4, 2021. The REIT will remain open for redemptions and continue to make scheduled distributions. 

The REIT will continue to search for accretive investment opportunities and hopes to re-open to new subscriptions after existing capital has been deployed.

Centurion REIT will provide updates on capacity as it becomes available. 

Centurion Financial Trust remains open for investment.
