Centurion Named on the 2022 List of Best Workplaces™ for Hybrid Work

Centurion is proud to announce that our organization has been named on the 2022 list of Best Workplaces for Hybrid Work. Centurion received this honour after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®.

The list is based on direct feedback from Employees at the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®.

To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work-Certified™ in the past 12 months and must complete a hybrid work questionnaire. Great Place to Work® determined the selected recipients based on Employee responses to their Hybrid Work Readiness Index, as well as a review of organizational workplace programs or practices that support and enable hybrid work.

Guided by direct Employee feedback, Centurion’s Human Resources team has developed a hybrid work environment that is centered around our people and meaningful collaboration. Employees have access to technology and digital tools that enable them to work efficiently and accommodates a variety of collaboration styles, even while working remotely. Additionally, we have maintained a strong corporate culture while working remotely by regularly hosting company-wide virtual town halls and implementing programs designed to boost engagement and encourage team building.
