Centurion Apartment REIT is Nearing Upgrade Completion of the Multi-Residential Apartment Property in Langford, British Columbia
Centurion Asset Management Inc., the asset manager of Centurion Apartment REIT, is in the process of completing the structural systems upgrade of the multi-residential apartment property in Langford, British Columbia. This property is located at 2770 Claude Road in downtown Langford.
Centurion purchased the property in 2019 and was shortly thereafter informed of structural issues. Since then, Centurion has taken appropriate measures to upgrade various structural systems as determined and assessed by our structural engineer and architect consultants, and in consultation with the relevant municipal authorities. A final inspection by a team of engineers and architects involved in the project will be conducted to confirm that the structural flaws are rectified, followed by a further review of approvals by the City of Langford, at which point Centurion expects an occupancy permit for the remediated building will be issued.

The property has been renamed to RidgeView Place to reflect the scenic surroundings of the suites, which overlook the breath-taking views of the Salish Sea and the Washington State Olympic Mountain Range. RidgeView Place is close to many other apartment properties acquired by Centurion (map).
