Centurion Asset Management Inc., the asset manager of Centurion Apartment REIT, is pleased to announce the pending acquisition of Le Bacc, a brand-new multi-family apartment property located at 2400 Chemin Sainte-Foy, Quebec City. Upon completion, Le Bacc will bring Centurion’s Quebec portfolio to a total of 4,877 rental units.

Built in 2021, this 6-storey mid-rise offers a total of 170 rental apartment units with a variety of floorplans – studio, one, two, and three-bedroom suites with balconies for an extended living space. The suites feature high-end condo-quality finishes such as quartz countertops, hardwood flooring, and high exposed ceilings. Major appliances, including in-suite laundry, also come with each suite.

Le Bacc is in one of the most highly sought-after areas in Quebec City and is strategically located in the academic hub of Sainte-Foy close to Laval University, CEGEP Sainte-Foy, CEGEP Champlain St. Lawrence, and CEGEP Garneau, which collectively have an annual enrollment of over 70,000 students.

Situated near the intersection of Chemin Sainte-Foy and Robert Bourassa Avenue, there are a variety of shopping centers, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Public transit is within walking distance and highways are a short drive away which facilitates easy travel throughout the greater Quebec City Area. Le Bacc is also located less than 1km away from Quarter QB, another Centurion-owned property.

“Le Bacc is an attractive addition to our Quebec portfolio given its proximity to schools within the greater Quebec City area. Its prime location coupled with the all-inclusive rental packages offered to tenants will primarily attract a mix of students and young professionals”, commented Greg Romundt, Centurion President and CEO.
