Centurion Apartment REIT Announces the Acquisition of a Newly Constructed Multi-Residential Property in East Kelowna, British Columbia

Centurion Asset Management Inc., the asset manager of Centurion Apartment REIT, is pleased to announce the acquisition of The Aurora, a newly constructed multi-residential apartment located at 230 Aurora Crescent in Kelowna, British Columbia.
