Last year, because another private REIT's business objectives were changing in a direction that we were uncomfortable with, we transferred our investment to Centurion . This decision has been an extremely rewarding one for us. We're comfortable with our Centurion investment, highly impressed with the management and are always warmly received when we contact the company with any questions and concerns. Our capital has grown and so have our distributions, providing us with a solid base for our retirement income needs.

Of the four private investments we presently hold, Centurion is definitely number 1! A financial advisor, commenting on investment risk versus reward recently said to us, "In the current market environment you can either eat well or sleep well".
