Centurion Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT"), is a trust which provides an opportunity for individual and institutional investors to invest in a diversified portfolio of rental apartments in Canada and participate in the profits derived from them. With interests in a portfolio worth over $1 billion, comprising of more than 5,700 rental units, located in 45 separate apartment properties in 16 Canadian communities, Centurion Apartment REIT (which is RRSP, RESP and TFSA eligible) is perfectly positioned to provide consistent, tax-efficient returns to its investors without exposing them to the volatility of the stock market.  

 

Centurion Apartment REIT Objectives: 

Centurion Apartment REIT is an unincorporated open-end investment trust with the objectives of:

  • Provide investors with stable and growing cash distributions, payable monthly and, to the extent reasonably possible, tax deferred, from investments in a diversified portfolio of income-producing multi-unit residential properties located in Canada
  •  Maximize REIT Unit value through the ongoing management of  Centurion Apartment REIT's assets and through the future acquisition of additional multi-unit residential properties
  •  Leverage the strategic relationships within Centurion Asset Management Inc.’s network to increase investment opportunities and manage risk.

 

The Centurion Apartment REIT is governed by its own five member board of trustees, the majority of whom are independent of management.

Centurion Apartment REIT is only open to investment from qualified investors via Offering Memorandum. Investors may purchase units in the trust through Centurion Asset Management Inc. or through their Investment Advisor.  The minimum investment is $25,000.
